A studio's operations team is its first line of defence, its first aid responders, and the first to fix any problems that might hinder its people from doing their best. As a key member of this group, Jessilyn strives tirelessly to guide and support office and facilities management, finance, program management, and human resources.

When things start piling up and confusion reigns, Jessilyn instils calm and focuses on finding solutions. With her quick decision-making skills, assertiveness, and proactivity, she sets everyone up for success.

From a conference with 1,000 attendees to an internal studio update with 10, the best events are talked about long after the dust has settled. The M.C. charms and entertains, the keynote speakers inspire, and the little details like signage and goodie bags add extra magic.

But behind the glitter and shine is a dedicated crew who works day and night to make everything run like clockwork. No stone is too insignificant to overturn, and the smallest detail is reviewed and tweaked until it is right.

Jessilyn loves to transform ideas on paper into things you can see, hear, and touch, all the while keeping her teams focused, motivated, and excited for what's to come.
